ABCSG 66 / ADAPTela Overview


ABCSG 66 / ADAPTela is a WSG-sponsored, adjuvant, open-label, interventional Phase III clinical trial for a high-risk HR-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer patient population, comparing elacestrant with standard of care endocrine treatment (both arms with or without ribociclib). The genomic Oncotype DX® test is used to determine a specific genomic profile of patients, making it a personalized therapeutic approach to predict treatment benefits in HR-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer.
